These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HALE website ("Site") and the purchase of HALE products and subscriptions ("Services") offered by HALE FORMULA LTD ("HALE", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Subscription orders recur according to the frequency selected during checkout until cancelled.

3. Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at hello@haleformula.com. Promotional pricing, including Founding Member discounts, is tied to active membership and may be forfeited on cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer law. Founding Member deposits are refundable if the production minimum order quantity is not met, as described in the Founding Member Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by HALE FORMULA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HALE FORMULA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
